Find what's gone stale
See which pages are stale, how stale, and who last touched them. Filter by section, sort by who's still viewing them, and archive in bulk.
One dashboard to find every stale page, orphaned doc, broken link, and owner-less page in your space — and fix them without clicking through hundreds of pages one by one.
I can't find the onboarding doc — is that the right one, or is there a newer version somewhere?
This page hasn't been touched in three years. Is it still accurate? Who even owns it?
We need to clean up Confluence before the migration. Where do we start?
Pages go stale. Authors leave. Docs get duplicated, abandoned, and buried. Nobody notices until a new hire follows a broken link, or leadership asks why no one can find anything. The problem isn't that people don't care — it's that Confluence gives you no way to see the full picture. Until now.
tidy scans your entire Confluence space and surfaces four types of problems that quietly erode findability and trust.
See which pages are stale, how stale, and who last touched them. Filter by section, sort by who's still viewing them, and archive in bulk.
Pages with no inbound links can't be found — not even by search. See every orphan, understand why it's isolated, and link it back or archive it.
tidy finds every broken internal link and lets you remove or fix it directly — no manual hunting through page bodies.
See each page's owner at a glance — assigned or inferred from edit history. Flag deactivated accounts and reassign in bulk when someone leaves.
Most Confluence spaces grew without a plan. The space map gives you an interactive, health-overlaid diagram of your entire page hierarchy — so you can see the structure, or lack of it, at a glance.
Inheriting spaces that accumulated years of content debt.
Auditing and cleaning up before a migration or reorg.
Own Confluence and get blamed when people can't find things.
Whose spaces are the company's institutional memory.
If you've ever spent a day manually clicking through pages to figure out what's stale and what's current — this is for you.
Every feature included at every size — you pay based on how big your Confluence instance is, not what you need.

tidy runs as a background job — it never scans in real-time when you load the dashboard. Scans run on a schedule and update incrementally as pages change, so there's no impact on your Confluence performance.
For most spaces (under 2,000 pages), under 10 minutes. Larger spaces may take longer on first scan; incremental updates after that are near-instant.
If no owner has been manually assigned, tidy looks at who has edited the page most over its lifetime and treats them as the likely owner. It shows you the confidence level and source — you can always override with a manual assignment.
